This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and the Service and describes the information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and other matters related to such information. By accessing and using the Site or the Service, including by providing information to us, you signify your agreement to the terms of this Privacy Policy. The Information We Collect.

Here are some of the details on how we collect information about you and your Representatives (if you are a Subscriber):

1. Information You Provide or Authorize.

(a) When you use the Service, either pursuant to a free trial or as a paid subscriber, you provide us with your name, email address, the name of your employer if you are using the Service on its behalf and certain other information. In some cases, we may ask for additional information for security reasons or to provide specific services to you.

(b) When you send email or other communications to us for customer service or other reasons, we may retain those communications to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve the Service.

(c) When you submit other information in connection with your use of the Service, including all of the User Content and Archived Content we collect on your behalf in connection with your use of the Site and/or Service.

(d) When you authorize us to connect our Service with one or more Supported Sites, including for the purposes of capturing, generating, creating, maintaining and/or archiving your Archived Content, we may collect additional information provided either by you or by the Supported Sites with your authorization.

(e) When you submit your information in connection with acquiring our marketing content, including informational resources provided on the Website, even if you do not sign up for the Service, this signifies an opt-in to receive our promotional information.

2. Cookie Information.

“Cookies” are small files that a site or its service provider transfers (if you allow) to your computer, mobile phone or other device with a web browser and data storage capability that enables the sites or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. Most web browsers will accept cookies by default, but they can be set to reject cookies, either from all websites or from specific sites. You can also manually delete cookies from your web browser. These options are generally set through a “Privacy” setting in your browser setup, but you should know that in some cases blocking, rejecting, or deleting cookies may impact your ability to use the Site or the Service. We use cookies to help remember you as a user, to provide and to improve the Service and to make the Site easier to use.

3. Navigational Information.

We may collect and use other non-personally identifiable information and data from you when you are visiting the Site through the standard operation of our web servers. Non-personally identifiable information collected from you may include Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and version, domain names, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, click stream data and anonymous statistical data regarding your use of the Site and/or Service. For example, we can tell which Internet service provider our Site visitors and Subscribers use, but not their names, addresses or other information that would allow us to identify such visitors or Subscribers. We use this information to analyze trends, to administer and improve the Site and the Service, to track visitors and Subscribers’ movements around the Site and to gather demographic information about our user base.

4. Clear GIFS.

We may also employ a software technology called “clear gifs” (also known as “web beacons” or “web bugs”) that helps us better manage content on the Site by providing us feedback as to what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on your web-enabled device’s hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on a website page, web-based document or email message and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence.

5. Site Information.

Due to communications standards on the internet, when you visit the Site, we automatically receive the URL of the site from which you came and the site to which you are going when you leave our Site. We also receive the internet protocol address of your computer (or the proxy server you use to access the World Wide Web), your computer operating system and type of web browser you are using, email patterns, your mobile device and mobile operating system, as well as the name of your ISP or your mobile carrier. We may also receive location data passed to us from third-party services or GPS-enabled devices that you have enabled.

6. Site Analytics.

We analyze your use of the Site with third party software that allows us to monitor and record your navigation of the Site, to better customize our offerings and improve our products.

4. Advertising.

We employ third-party companies to serve ads and provide analytics when you visit our web site. These companies may use cookies, web beacons (“tracking pixels”), or other technology to collect non-personally identifiable information (e.g., time and date of visit, browser type, clickstream data, subject of ads clicked or scrolled over) during your visit to this and other web sites in order to provide ads about services that may be of interest to you.
